Our projects, which we would like to present to you here, consist of several residential construction projects that Keßler-Bau Group in Prenzlau has already realized or developed.
Our projects include:
- Neustadt 59 and 61 (13 apartments)
- Kietzstraße 20a (13 apartments)
- Schleusenstraße 1, Neustadt 43 and 43a (16 apartments)
All of these projects share a monolithic construction method and the use of heating strips to ensure a comfortable living climate while keeping operating costs low. Our goal is to provide affordable residential space for purchase or rent, while at the same time meeting both your requirements and ours for sustainable construction, appropriate living quality and long-term value retention.

Our company
Our company was founded in 1987 as a one-man business and then became the Keßler-Bau AG in 2002. Currently, as a medium-sized construction company in the Uckermark region, we employ 40 people.
